September 2019 - October 2019

The goal of the project was to develop an affordable and sustainable design for university graduate students. This project was based in the University of Nairobi, Chiromo Campus along Prof. Maurice Alala Road. It involves a creative use of shipping containers to come up with accommodating structures.

Interior Design Project

ASTORIA APARTMENTS INTERIOR DESIGN

January 2020 - April 2020

The developer, AHCOF Investments Ltd tasked their development consultants and sole selling agent, Hass Consult to convert one 2 Bedroom unit into a furnished and serviced unit for short term lease. Hass Consult in turn approached the University of Nairobi Department of Architecture and Building Science to arrange a competition for proposals by the 3rd Year Interior Architecture class.

3rd Yr Project 3

MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT

October 2019 - February 2020

This project tested the architectural development of the architect through his three initial years in Architecture school. The combination of the various functional requirements of the spaces as a whole brought to the table a need to apply all the various skills taught in school to achieve a challenging goal - The Mixed Use Development.
